What can I do?

You can create your own tour, choosing from a wide list of european cities, and get immediatly the quote online. Than you can submit your tour to the Italy Europe Tours commission and run for it.

How does it work?

It'easy to use and very user friendly. Just add all the city that you please to your tour, for each one choose permanence days, arrival date, and then get quote.

From start to end in 3 steps

The system will follow your steps by advising you where you are and what you are doing. Every step match an action in the system. The are 3 steps.

Add how many cities you want to your tour, manage it, and than take a quote.

1 - Add city

To add a city select Add City from the menu options. It will follow the list of the European Cities we serve. The cities table is order by the city name and the country. If you want to know anything about tha city click the information button: it's that with the question mark in a blue circle . If you want to add tha city to your tour list simply press the add button, the gree one .

1.1 - Choose days and date

After choosed a city you will asked to enter the start date of your tour, or your day of arrival. You can pick the date from the pop-up calendar pressing calendar button. Select how many day you want stay there and then press 'Continue' button. Now your city is added to the tours.

1.2 - Choose trip services

After added a city a new form will be displayed. Here you can choose the services relative to the just added city. Type in the days or times you need a service couse some of them are personal servicer, others collective services

Don't worry about mistakes. You can always change the setting in the Manage Tour page.

2 - Manage your tour

Whatever you do, don't worry, you can change your settings. Select from main menu Manage Tour. Here you have a preview of your tour with the list of cities you selected. You can delete the last city entered pressing the 'delete' button or you can show the services you choosed for each city by pressing 'services' icon . If you wanna change che city and the days, cause you think it's too expensive for example, click on the 'modify' .

2.1, 2.5 - Modify your tour

After selected the city to modify will be displayed a new page where you can change the city, the days and the services.

3 - Get Quote

Your tour is finished and you are happy with that. Would you know how should could cost? Perfect. Select from the menu Get Quote. You will see the detailed information about you tour with cities, days and services. Now, simply type in how many peoples (PAX NUM.) you are and the click 'Get Quote'. You will soon receive the answer

Delete Tour

The system will memorize your tour so you can view it every time you turn back to the site. When you want to start a new tour press on Delete Tour in the main menu.

Submit your tour

When have done all your choices and happy with the settings of you tour, you can submit you tour to the Italy Europe Tours Commission. What does it means? Your tour will be saved and showed to our operators that will soon as possible contacts you by email or phone you have provided during registration in order to defnitly book the tour.

After submission you can continue to create new personalized tour but you cannot submit new tours anymore until the last you submitted will be reviewed by the Commission.

How can I follow my submitted Tours?

You can track your submitted tour under your profile section. Go to My Tours and you will see the list and the state of your saved tours. Of course you cannot modify them. An icon indicates the state of your tour: a yellow spot means the tour is under observation by the Commission; a green spot means the tour has been reviewed and you was contacted by Italy Europe Tours.

How will calculate the Quote?

For each city will be taken the price for that city and the relative services you choosed multiply for days you stay. In the quote will be included the transfer from city to city by Bus.

We remember that the quote you get is not the final price, bu it is probably quite near the final price. Once submitted the tour you'll can book your tour and get the final price.
